Prioritising the relationships we build with our employees, Pharmaniaga strives to enhance our adherence to the following commitments and objectives:

  1. Employee Relations
    1. Maintain employer-employee relationships that contribute to satisfactory productivity, motivation and morale
    2. Enhance value proposition of Pharmaniaga as the preferred employer
    3. Conduct activities or programmes to enhance working relationships among staff

  2. Industrial Relations
    1. Establish a harmonious working environment for employees
    2. Prevent and resolve problems involving individuals which arise out of or affect work situations
    3. Periodically update staff on relevant sections of the Employment Act, Industrial Act, Trade Union Act and our own Code of Conduct

  3. Employee Development
    1. Emphasise on investing in the continuous learning and development of employees
    2. Ensure talent pool is given exposure in local and international seminars and conferences to keep abreast with the latest management and investment best practices
    3. Initiate Training Needs Analysis to review and recommend training requirements for employees so that course objectives are in line with organisational goals

  4. Safety & Security
    1. Ensure the security of personnel and property within the office premise
    2. Manage the parking arrangements and traffic flow of vehicles in office compound
    3. Reserve designated parking space to expecting mothers and staff with health problems

  5. Employee Welfare
    1. Establish a sports and recreational club to organize outings, activities and events
    2. Set up a Joint Consultative Council and a Surau Committee to cater to different employee needs
    3. Provide financial assistance (alms/zakat) to eligible staff with the guidance of Lembaga Zakat Selangor
